Rental Agreements
1. I understand that there is a $30.00 application fee per group. This fee is for the cost of having Factual Data do a Rental Reliance Report. If the property I am interested in is rented, my check will be returned. Further, I understand that all parties interested in renting a property must submit an application.
2. I authorize Park Place Management to check my references and other information I have listed. I further authorize anyone Park Place Management contacts to supply them with the information requested.
3. I understand that the owner and/or agent for the owner reserve the right to reject this application and to refuse possession of the above mentioned accommodations. I have read the foregoing and certify that the information herein is TRUE and CORRECT, that this application is submitted for the purpose of gaining approval of this application in my behalf, and any errors in this application may be used by owner and/or agent to terminate the lease agreement at any time..
